An $\text{ART}$ drug that blocks the $\text{CCR5}$ receptor on human $\text{CD4}$ cells, preventing $\text{HIV}$ strains that use this co-receptor (R5-tropic) from entering the cell. Its use requires a tropism test to confirm the patient's $\text{HIV}$ strain is $\text{R5}$-tropic.
