  • Attempt to reverse engineer, crawl, or extract data from our "Salt-First" discovery engine or database.
  • Upload fraudulent or malicious prescriptions to the digitization pipeline.
  • Submit medicine_name_unvalidated data with the intent to mislead or corrupt the platform’s integrity.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The content on SearchMyMed, including information on active ingredients (salts), brand alternatives, and pricing, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Verification: While we strive for accuracy through our Admin verification process, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free.
  • Professional Consultation: The choice of medicine must be made in consultation with a registered medical practitioner. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on SearchMyMed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our platform may display data regarding various manufacturers and products. We do not endorse any specific brand or manufacturer. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party websites linked through our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchMyMed and M/s SHRESVA GLOBAL COSMED PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to health complications arising from self-medication or reliance on information provided herein.
