A selective $\text{M}_3$ muscarinic receptor antagonist used for the symptomatic treatment of Overactive Bladder ($\text{OAB}$). Its selectivity for the bladder $\text{M}_3$ receptors gives it a more favorable side effect profile (less dry mouth and constipation) compared to older, less selective anticholinergics.
