A LAMA used for the maintenance treatment of COPD. It works by selectively blocking $\text{M}_3$ muscarinic receptors in the smooth muscle of the bronchi. It is frequently used in triple therapy combinations ($\text{ICS}/\text{LABA}/\text{LAMA}$) for severe $\text{COPD}$.
